Why Boxes to Bytes exists
BTB's founder spent years across defense, legal, and aviation, three worlds where the stakes ride on whether the right record can be found. Whether it was an aircraft's logbook, a case file, or a compliance record, the answer was always there somewhere, in binders, in boxes, in someone's office. But getting it out was slow, manual, and painful.
The digitization vendors that existed didn't fix it. They scanned the paper and locked it in a closed cloud with a clunky search and no way to do anything more with it. You couldn't bring your own AI. You couldn't get the data out. You were renting access to your own history.
So BTB was built to do it right: capture the records properly, and build a custom AI on top of them that turns boxes of paper into answers. It's an AI that's yours, grounded in your data, owned by you and not the vendor.
And as BTB expands beyond any single field, the throughline stays the same: your own company data, put to work in a way that drives real value, instead of sitting in storage. Defense, legal, aviation, or whatever you run on, the need is identical.
